Reservation Policy

• 50% Deposit to reserve.
• Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Cleaning fee for groups of 1-6 : $120
• Cleaning fee for groups of 7-12 : $200

Cancellation: Prior to full payment, refundable less 7%. After full payment, non-refundable unless rented for same period (in which case monies refunded less 7%). If cancelled within 72 hours of reservation/deposit, 100% refundable.
